Denny Brunt
Denny and Cindy Brunt are on a long trip, currently in Colorado. Denny had been in the ER all afternoon and needs surgery. He has gallstones in his bile duct that is affecting his liver. It is a specialty surgery since his gall bladder has already been removed. Pray it can be done in Loveland and that they won’t have to transport him to Denver. He will in hospital for several days and will have a recovery period. Update - Denny is being transported now to another hospital to have the ERCP surgery either tonight or in the morning. His heart numbers are high and they feel it could be an infection as well.
July 4
Everything went well with Denny's surgery. The bile duct was almost totally closed due to a large amount of stones and what they call “sludge”. He will need healing from the sepsis infection and recovery time. Chris will be driving us back to Georgia when doctors give a “go ahead”. Thank you so much for the prayers and support and words of encouragement.
Paul Dressner
Prayer requested for Paul who will be having surgery next Wednesday (July 9) to remove cancerous lymph nodes. Specific prayer request that all cancer is removed and smooth recovery.
July 2
Paul's surgery went well with no complications or surprises. Thankful that the nodule removed from left side of thyroid is benign. He and Judy are thanking all for their prayers.
